From a Gummy Bear Brat to Deep-Fried Mashed Potatoes On-a-Stick, there will be more than 80 new foods to check out at this year's Wisconsin State Fair. 

Attendees can expect eats served on sticks, deep-fried, and some that are just so Wisconsin. 

Feeling adventurous? How about a slush that's sprinkled with edible bugs and a scorpion? 

Here are some of the highlights broken down into a range of categories, from "unique concoctions" to "meat-centric options." Yes, there's some overlap.
