Fujian Fulong Frozen Foods Co., Ltd was found in 1999. It is a domestic enterprise for planting processing, freezing and selling IQF food products. The company is located in Longhai, Zhangzhou which is one of the "Golden Delta Region" in the southern Fujian province, and is famous for fruit and vegetables planting. The location is close to Xiamen city, it is an area of economy vitality, beautiful environment, and transportation convenient, available by sea, by land and by air.
Our company takes over 35000m2 of land, constructing 25000m2 modern plants. There are 2 IQF processing lines (volume of production 4.5 tons per hour), cold storages capacity of 15000T, annual production,turnover,output reached more than 20000 tons. In 2018, we invested another 35 million yuan to expand a R&D complex with a construction area of 5292 m2 and a frozen warehouse with a construction area of 5069 m2. The total number of employees is 250. We have imported color sorters from British, cutting machines and agilent pesticide detectors (GC & GC/MSD) from USA, metal detectors and X-ray detector from Japan, and 5 automatic packing lines.Our internal laboratory had obtained the CIQ Laboratory Proficiency Testing Certificate at 2011. The technicians trained by CIQ and Xiamen University Laboratory. Our GC-MS using the same testing program with Xiamen University Laboratory, and we can test 280 kinds of pesticide residue, to ensure the raw material is safe. Microbiological testing covers the TPC, coliforms, E. coli, salmonella, molds and yeasts, and strictly follows the inspection standards of GB4789.
Our company has 25000 mu of agricultural production base area. We manage by scientific management method,using the paperless ERP system,and have a full traceability system to make sure every batch of products has the unique tracing no.. We strictly follow the ISO22000,HACCP and GMP standard to control each processing step, and our various non-pollution fresh fruits and vegetables are 100% registered at Customs. Our main products are water chestnut, soybean in pod, shelled soybean, sugar snap pea, snow peas, green bean, broccoli, cauliflower, bamboo shoot, okra, baby corn, sweet corn, green pea, carrot, potato, celery, pepper, edible fungus, mango, pineapple, pulp of passion fruit and various mixed vegetables and so on. Our products sold at domestic and abroad and are welcome by the customers from United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Middle East, Thailand ,Taiwan, Malaysia ect.
