Best Eats: The Cheesesteak Guy at Broad Street Market in Harrisburg

Philly-style sandwiches, made with thinly shaved ribeye, are grilled to order at the Broad Street Market’s, The Cheesesteak Guy in the stone building.

The cheesesteaks are made with ribeye from Warrington Farm Meats in Dillsburg with a choice of Cheese Whiz, provolone, American and pepper jack cheese for $12. Instead of straight Whiz, owner Josh Longo cuts it with sour cream so it’s not as thick and salty. They also use Liscio’s Bakery rolls from Philadelphia.
